How do I enroll in Phone Banking?
See “Getting Started” above for step-by-step instructions on how to enroll as a primary account owner, joint account owner, business owner or business.
How do I reset my PIN?
Dial 888-584-0224 (Toll Free) or 315-671-CASH (2274), enter your account number, and then dial * to reset your PIN.
Your PIN should be 6 digits. For security reasons, your PIN cannot repeat the same number more than 3 times or have more than 3 sequential numbers. Avoid using easily guessed PINs, like a Date of Birth.
If you do not have a SSN or ITIN, please call us to reset your PIN.
How do I set up my language preference?
Dial 888-584-0224 (Toll Free) or 315-671-CASH (2274), enter your account number, enter your PIN, choose More Options from the Menu, and then dial 7 to Set Up Preferences.
What accounts can I access?
When you enroll a:
business account, you can access all the business accounts and loans that the business owns.
Why is one of my accounts or loans not listed?
Please contact us, and we will make sure the account or loan is properly linked.
Why am I unable to make transfers on certain accounts or loans?
There may be restrictions on accounts that are dormant due to inactivity. You can make a transfer by speaking to a representative or coming to the branch. Once a transaction is posted, the account will be "active" again.
