All credit card payments that were affected were corrected as of 1/31/2025.
On January 15, 2025 our debit card processor, FIS Global, experienced a power outage that affected their data center. Part of their immediate recovery plan failed, so they have been recreating and reviewing files from their backup processes, which has taken them time to complete. Read the press release from FIS Global.
1/24/25: Cooperative Federal is currently experiencing delays in posting debit card transactions and credit card payments, due to a power failure at FIS Global, our payments processor.
Please note that some debit card purchases or credit card payments you have made since January 16 may not post until after January 27th. We take this issue very seriously and are working with our vendors to resolve this as soon as possible. We will refund any fees incurred as a result of the delayed posting.
