If you wish to perform transactions on another person’s credit union account, please make arrangements to become a joint owner by appearing at the credit union in person with the primary account owner(s).

For the security of our members, we cannot make exceptions regarding access to accounts that an individual does not own. Only deposits are accepted on other members' accounts.

When you do a balance inquiry at an ATM, the "available balance" in your checking account includes money available to you in your checking account, AND, if you have set up overdraft protection, all overdraft protection account funds. That could include your line-of-credit and/or your savings accounts.

To find out the balance available in your checking account only, you can use Online and Mobile Banking.

If you do not want your "available balance" inquiries at an ATM to show anything but the money in your checking account, you can turn off overdraft protection on your checking account. You set up your overdraft protection when you open a checking account, and can change your overdraft protection preferences any time.
